You are a patient and enthusiastic people person. This is not your first job, and you have a well of empathy. You have used CRM's in the past to manage relationships and also know Intercom intimately.
We are a very small global team who likes building. We are not venture backed, so we do not have to grow the business 100x to survive. This is not our first business and we have a point of view and the ability to openly discuss anything.
We have many different types of clients and business who rely on our service for their marketing, brand, non-profit, or organization. Sometimes people need help setting up their system, sometimes people need help with billing, sometimes always happens. Our goal is to have a positive interaction with our customers to solve any challenge that arises.
